Production Scheduler

Position Responsibilities:
? Create and communicate production schedules for production and/or assembly lines based on demands in SAP, available capacities and other information.
? Communicate bottle necks and adjust production programs creating least impact to former schedules.
? Manage a determined stock level of parts and/or finished goods to fulfill demands.
? Create production schedules for internal production and/or assembly (short term, day to day) based on the production program (mid term, week to week) taking into account bottle necks and change overs.
? Continuously aim towards a stable production schedule.
? Leads the analysis, troubleshooting, and develop documentation related to Machining supporting systems.
? Trains individuals in utilizing systems like e.g. SAP/PCS and provides support in their pertinent job functions.
? Support day to day functions within the Machining department.
? Develop and maintain business transactions that relate to specific Machining functions.
? Analyze data and define route courses of information flow inaccuracies with the Machining Department.
? Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
? Supports and complies with established Company?s Corporate Principles.
? Other duties as it relates to this position.
Essential Skills and Experience:
? High School diploma or equivalent degree
? 2+ years customer service experience
? Familiar with SAP, PCS, or other ERP systems.
? Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze and interpret business and systems requirements.
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Access, Excel).
? Experience in working in a team environment.
? Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 Requirements.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
