Assembler

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices within assigned work area.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment within assigned work area.
Meet or exceed quality, productivity and cost standards within assigned work area.
Conform to all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies within assigned work area.
Operate equipment efficiently, safely and make necessary adjustments to get machine back to zero in accordance with machine / process specific SOP's and JSA's.
Operate all equipment in accordance to standard work practices within all quality and performance standards within assigned work area.
Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment according to established ZFTG PM schedules as related to assigned work area.
Actively participate and contribute to the team within assigned area.
Perform all required duties and communicate information within shift overlap procedure.
Perform all quality checks including measurements and document in SPC system (CMM Reporter or SPC Control Charts) in accordance to job specifications and standard work practices within assigned work area.
Adhere to all housekeeping SOP's in and around work area including 5S standards.
Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
Supports and complies with established Company s Corporate Principles.
Other duties as it relates to this position.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year prior stable work experience.
Minimum one (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
